began...
With a simple seed and the desire to show how nature, when left free to cooperate, knows how to create abundance. Voedselbostuin de Sassafras is a 5,500 m² food forest garden in the heart of Hijken.
Our goal is to regenerate the soil, protect local biodiversity, and offer an open space for anyone wishing to reconnect with the earth. We believe in the power of sharing, in education, and in the importance of creating a strong, conscious community.
Here every plant has a role, and every person is welcome to learn, collaborate, and experience the magic of permaculture.
